THE RIVER IS CALLING
The Outpost offers 70 acres of fun-filled tent and RV camping, nature play, and water adventures along the beautiful Delaware River. We are located in upstate New York’s Pond Eddy in lower Sullivan County, just 90-minutes from Manhattan.
Campers enjoy:
1 mile of river frontage for camping and recreational use
Riverfront, river view, brookside, and woods campsites for individuals and groups ranging from 1-100 guests
Group sites for up to 150, and pavilions with electricity
Full hookup riverside RV spots up to 50’ (20/30/50 electric, water, sewer)
Climate controlled luxury cabins with electricity, kitchenettes, full bathrooms, WiFi, and access to the hot tub.
2 miles of hiking trails
Half-day or full-day rafting, canoeing, and tubing
Bird/hawk/eagle watching
On-site restaurant with indoor/outdoor bars, yard games, and live music.

Tent Camping
Choose from small or larger group campsites alongside or overlooking the Delaware River, on the brookside, or near the woods.
All sites are $35 per person per night and include a fire ring, picnic table, and garbage.
RV Camping
We offer year-round full-hookup RV sites overlooking the Delaware River, accommodating rigs up to 50’.
RV sites are $35 per person per night plus $35 per night hook-up fee for RV, and include a fire ring, picnic table, and garbage.
We offer well-crafted waterfront cabins perched on the banks of the Delaware. These units feature deluxe beds, a living area with pull-out couch, full bathroom with bathtub, central AC/heat, and kitchenettes.
Enjoy opening your front door to your own porch overlooking the rushing river with a site that includes a fire ring and a picnic bench, plus an easy beach access trail and use of hot tub for cabin guests.
Cabins are limited to up to 4 guests. Our cabins and tiny home are available year round.

TINY HOME
Our Tiny Home sits on a bank overlooking the Delaware River, featuring modern amenities, a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. The site includes a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, picnic table, garbage, and parking.
Book your river adventure! Raft or canoe for $60 per person for half day or full day trips.
Groups of 15+ raft for $$50/person.
Enjoy lunch and dinner options at The Outpost Restaurant, featuring an indoor and outdoor bar, live music, and yard games.
The Outpost Resort is located 16 miles north of Port Jervis along scenic Route 97 on the Delaware River in Pond Eddy, NY. Located within two hours of NYC, the drive is popular with motorcycle and car clubs, and passes through the unique lookout point Hawks Nest. The area swells in the spring, summer, and fall months with tourists, nature lovers, leaf peepers, campers, and rafters from around the country and globe. In the winter months, folks visit for the popular ski resorts and small town retreats in the Catskills.
Nearby, visitors can enjoy the culture of towns such as Port Jervis, Barryville, Eldred, and Monticello, as well as attractions such as live concerts at the world renowned Bethel Woods venue, home of the original 1969 Woodstock music festival.

A-Frames and cabins are minimum one night year round.
Tent camping and RV spots are minimum one night Mon-Thurs and minimum two nights on the weekends between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Sites are minimum 3 nights on Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend and Labor Day weekend.
